Think Hologram or Illusionary Art. These are designed with 2 or more graphics that are interlaced together. The plastic layer is made up of individual lenticulaes that must be perfectly aligned with the interlaced image underneath in order for the effect to work.

The design is built on layers using Photoshop. To view the design in action Evans Studios will provided and animated "gif" proof for review. When the file is printed you will then see the design in motion as you hold it flip it from left-to-right or top-to-bottom.
